-- Chinese, which are 10" long and have a wider more rounded tip for meats and noodles
-- Japanese, which are slightly shorter at 9" and have a narrow end perfect for sushi and fish.
They are finished on top with a finial for that extra detail. They're great for both eating and cooking. They make a great gift for the whole family. Each pair is hand shaped with a hand plane and finished with a natural mineral oil and beeswax finish.
